Walled Garden Team Member (Walled Garden Volunteers 2025)
Help with the upkeep, development and conservation of the historic Wollaton Walled Garden on Tuesdays or Thursdays from 10-4pm
The Wollaton Walled Garden Project is a community-led effort, coordinated by Friends of Wollaton Park, to restore the 4-acre walled garden at Wollaton Hall in Nottingham, England.
The project aims to conserve the garden’s heritage, offer a place for historic and traditional horticulture, and provide opportunities for learning and education.
Whether you’ve been gardening for years or are looking to try something new, get in touch!
We are always on the lookout for volunteer gardeners and horticulture enthusiasts to help maintain the gardens. No expertise or prior hands-on gardening experience is necessary—just enthusiasm, a love of fresh air, and a willingness to get some exercise. Our expert volunteers are friendly and eager to share their practical skills and gardening knowledge with anyone interested in learning more.
